Hello! I'm Jasmine, the founder of Chores and Floors. Cleaning has always been my passion, bringing me a sense of peace and serving as my meditation. Our journey began in 2014 in Sullivan County, upstate New York, where I started this small, family-owned business with my fiancé, mom, and sister. We worked tirelessly, from making our own uniforms to cold-calling and sending out flyers. Within three months, we landed our first contracts with vacation homes, new constructions, and apartment complexes. As we grew, we learned more about the cleaning industry and implemented systems to ensure top-notch service. Despite the challenges of serving a seasonal vacation area, we thrived and became a leading cleaning company in Sullivan County.


However, I knew we needed to expand to a city with more opportunities, which led us to Charlotte. Now, with over 10 years of experience, we're proud to bring our expertise to the Queen City and surrounding areas. Position Overview

As a Professional Cleaning Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining clean, sanitary, and organized environments for our residential and commercial clients throughout Charlotte and the surrounding areas.

  • Responsibilities

    • Perform general cleaning tasks, including dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming
    • Clean and sanitize bathrooms, kitchens, and living spaces
    • Handle special cleaning requests as needed
    • Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization
    • Communicate effectively with clients and team members

    • Previous cleaning experience required
